Cayde-6 was a Exo hunter class gardian who was a member of the vanguard, and as the Hunter Vanguard he held a leadership role amoung the guardians of the hunter class. He was known for his humorous yet bold personality, and his hole as the hunter vanguard. The vanguard are elite guardians that are assigned the most important missions, and a Exo is a human consciosness inside of a self awaire robot.Cayde-6's real name is thought to be Chiomi. Before Cayde was an Exo he was a human with a family and was deep in debt. his debt was paid off by a man named Clovis Bray, however as a result he had to become an Exo.
After his transformation and subsequent resumptions by his ghost Sundance he remebered fragments of his past life including a son named Ace. Cayde wrote jurrnals addressed to Ace to cope with his lose and become a better person. while Cayde was a gurdian he went on many adventures, took lots of risks, and got into all sorts of trouble. On Cayde's advetures he made many secoret cashes before his freind the former Hunter Vanguard was killed and he took their place at the tower. While Cayde-6 was the hunter Vanguard he went on several missions. druing this time he was also known for running Guardian oporations outside of standard procedures. he was also involved in major events like the taken war and the red war. witch led to more frequent feild missions and eventually his death.
